Unchained: Blood Bond: Volume 1 (Parts 1, 2 & 3)

I'm certainly on the fence with this series. I started out a bit skeptical but certainly intrigued before finding myself hooked...for a while. The books became quickly repetitive with possibly one too many "it's literally right under your noses" moments. I'll admit I'm a sucker for suspense but you have to draw a line at blatant ignorance. With this said dont get me wrong I love the story and I loved the way that things came together so nicely but it was just too far spread apart completely disregarding it's potential for a gripping but paced journey with strong character development. Instead, it was often shrouded by a monotonous smut passage (which we can all appreciate at time) or another problem on another problem. My point is, that while I have yet to complete the last book in the series, this story dangles the carrot so far that sometimes you completely lose sight of it and almost want to give up reading it. Yet somehow, here I still am and I look forward to the conclusion.

Read like one novel. Fast paced, riveting, hot and horny. Three parts, three days and one mind wondering what happened next. I need a clue or just the next volume. 😉
