Helsing

Samantha Helsing was born into a legacy she didn't want and struggles with her role as a hunter of the night creatures. She has no remembrance of her past but carries out her duties under the tuteledge of her father-in-law and to uphold the over century old legacy that is the Van Helsings. She seeks out a mysterious group known as the Tophet which may be the link to her past and her memory but why can she only remember her husband as being dead but nothing more?

THIS ISSUE: As Samantha Helsing collects her "trophies" from those she slays, she attempts to locate the mysterious underground society of the Tophet to exact not only revenge but also to bring to an end, the night creatures. But with her own blood laced with the tainted immortal line, is she bringing doom to herself as well?

Guy Davis (B.P.R.D., Hellboy) illustrates the back-up story which covers one of Samantha Helsing's predecessors pursuit of wiping the ancient evil that has plagued the world as John Van Helsing travels to the outer fringes of Siberia to confront the mad-monk, Rasputin.
