About the author

Henry Barclay Swete was a renowned biblical scholar who published works on the Old and New Testaments, as well as on Christian doctrine. He was ordained and became a theological lecturer and tutor at Caius College. He then served as professor of pastoral theology at King’s College, London, and later became regius professor of divinity at Cambridge. He received an honorary Doctor of Divinity from the University of Glasgow. He is known for his commentary on the Book of Revelation, and other works of exegesis.

EDWARD D. ANDREWS (AS in Criminal Justice, BS in Religion, MA in Biblical Studies, and MDiv in Theology) is CEO and President of Christian Publishing House. He has authored over 140 books. Andrews is the Chief Translator of the Updated American Standard Version (UASV).
