Deborah Wilson
I read both the introduction and this story. I was excited to see that it was worth the wait. This story was a good sexy read. I suggest reading the introduction to get the back stories. The characters were great. I wish her dad was still around. This showed that friendship is a great commodity. It showed that love is a wonderful thing. I love Elizabeth Lennox stories. I can’t wait for the rest in this series. If this is your first book by her don’t let it be your last. She has a bunch of great series. Can’t wait for the next one. I would advise reading the Burlington school introduction first, it contains the back story for Lana and her friends. Lana, a successful artist, was left her fathers crumbling company in an archaic will that leaves her unable to take the steps necessary to keep thousands of people employed. Christoph Anastas, her fathers fiercest competitor, offers marriage so that he has access to the companies but they survive. He’s intrigued by her, and she him, but as feelings become involved, can a marriage survive without trust ?? I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Another mesmerizing book by Elizabeth Lennox! I was hooked on this story from the very beginning! Christoph is such an irresistible alpha-male, so chivalrous, determined and charming, that has become one of my top-favourite male characters. Lana is a sensitive, romantic and willful woman with enough pride and spark to keep him on edge!... a couple with an electrifying chemistry!
