About this ebook

Sometimes the consequences for keeping a secret can take your breath away. From the New York Times–bestselling author of His Defiant Desert Queen.

Heart racing, Logan Copeland cannot look away from tycoon Rowan Argyros as he declares her life is in danger. All she can think is that Rowan took her virginity, heartlessly rejected her after a night of reckless abandon . . . and is the father of her child. She must reveal the truth before she’s whisked away to Rowan’s castle for safety . . .

Isolated together, Logan finds herself at the mercy of Rowan’s unrelenting need to claim her—and their daughter! Logan has known no touch but his, and yearns to feel it again . . . but to do so, she must agree to meet him at the altar.

“The romance was delightful . . . I would recommend Her Sinful Secret by Jane Porter, if you enjoy the enemy to lovers trope, second chance romances or books by authors Andie Brock, Dani Collins or Cathy Williams.” —Harlequin Junkie

This was the conclusion to the Disgraced Copelands series. However, the stories stand alone and the books can be read and understood independently of each other. After a very brief fling when Logan bought Rowan at a bachelor auction, they are thrown together again and drama ensues. Logan has a daughter, Rowan's daughter, who is two years old and Rowan didn't know about her. Rowan has hated Logan's family and was mean to her when she tried to call and tell him she was pregnant. Now Rowan is tasked with protecting Logan, and other than in bed, they seem to not get along well at all. There was a lot of tension in the story. Logan feeling threatened by Rowan's involvement with their daughter. She harbors a lot of anger for the way she was treated when Rowan found out who her father was. Rowan was upset that he had been excluded from his daughter's life for so long. They had a lot of chemistry and heat together, and they are both very strong and stubborn characters. But the one thing they had in common was their daughter, and they both really did want the best for her over anything else. I did enjoy the story and the characters. It was very interesting watching them evolve together.

Wow, what a great series! If you have not read the other 2 in this series you definitely want to. It is not necessary to read them in order, but I do feel you gain an extra insight as the story develops by reading them in order. I read all 3 in one weekend. I loved the other 2, but this was my favorite! Truly a beautiful story about love and family and finding your way thru trials! I certainly would love for Ms Porter to write a book about the remaining brother and sister!

Loved this story, Logan had one night of passion that she bought from Rowan. A night full of sex and lust, until he found out her last name was Copeland, a name that he detested from her father. Logan, will soon find out that she will have a life long memory of that night that she lost her virginity, Jax. Fast forward three years and Logan's life is in danger. Rowan brings her to safety, against her desire but soon finds out that he is a father to Jax. He wants to do the right thing and marry Logan. now if only Logan will agree to his proposition. Great characters that I fell in love with. Steamy sex scenes, loved the shower. Rowan is such a good daddy to Jax, loved the tea time.
