About the author

Herbert Bruce Puryear, PhD is a clinical psychologist, and the author of eight books including The Edgar Cayce Primer. He received his B.A. from Stanford University and his PhD from the University of North Carolina. He was a professor of psychology at Trinity University in San Antonio,TX for seven years, and was on the staff of the A.R.E., the Edgar Cayce work in Virginia Beach, VA for fourteen year. Since 1982 He has been the president of the Logos Center in Phoenix, AZ. The Logos Center is an interfaith church featuring studies in the Bible, comparative religion, psychical research and holistic healing.
