About this ebook

Now that Detective Jake Thomas knows the Hangman’s true identity, he’s on the path to wrapping up the case, but when a revelation about Jo’s family makes waves between them, will they be able to see eye to eye and make it happen, or will the truth put obstacles in their way?

When Kyle Young comes to town with an agenda of his own, it puts him straight in the Hangman’s sights. Will the Hangman’s revenge plot go as planned, or will he find himself with some unhealthy competition?

This one was okay. It was nice getting to know more about Jo and where she comes from, but Jake's actions are really starting to piss me off. Also there a few editing mistakes in the book, it kind of bothers me. I would love more from the Hangman's POV. Kyle is a nut job and Michael is being an ignorant abetting father. In general, the characters were all idiots during this book than in the others (exception for The Hangman). However, I still love this series and will definitely be reading the next one!

Hidden Crime is a great book for anyone who loves a good mystery. It's full of twists and turns, and I couldn't put it down until I finished it. I highly recommend it to anyone who likes a good mystery.

I love that this means we have at least one more book to go now, but I also hate that it means we have at least one more book to go. I adore having a good bad guy I can cheer for. And at this point, I’m not sure whether or not I want to see The Hangman caught before he’s completed his mission. The plot is becoming more and more complex as additional players are added to, and taken out of, the game. But the chemistry between Jake and Jo just might undo their whole case. As a spectator I love sitting back and watching the drama. I’m so torn about how I want this to turn out. I received a complimentary advanced copy of this book from the author.
