His non-fiction work includes the bestselling Italian Neighbours, An Italian Education and Adultery & Other Diversions. His ninth novel Europa was shortlisted for the 1997 Booker Prize. His most recent novel is the acclaimed, Destiny. Tim Parks lives in Italy.
