First came across this book via a radio 4 afternoon serialisation 8 years ago, for some reason never heard the last couple of parts. So finally got round to reading it. It's an interesting read if you compare the story to the current climate we are in now. Wouldn't take much to have life imitate art.

I love Meg Rosoff she writes with no rules and her stories are just so unique, something that is getting more and more rare in the young adult world. A perfect novel, couldn't ask for more.

Excellent book. Easy to read one of those books that you wish you had read slower because your gutted it ended!! So im reading it again......
About the author
Meg Rosoff was born in Boston, USA. She has worked in publishing, public relations and most recently advertising but thinks the best job in the world would be head gardener for Regents Park. Meg lives in Highbury, North London.
