She writes mainly non-fiction, covering topics such as science, art, wildlife and fashion, but has also published books about Shakespeare, myths and legends and re-tellings of literary classics. She is based in Edinburgh.

Katie Kear
is a young British illustrator. She has recently graduated from the University of Gloucestershire with a First Class BA Hons Illustration Degree, and in her spare time loves finding new inspirational artists.
