Do not tell future-mother-in-law that you got into Harvard Law School by sleeping with the Dean of Admissions.
Do not sing Beyoncé-style while representing client in major court deposition (actually, that one kinda works).
Do not buy into the social construct of fidelity. But hey, for an easy life, do not let Will find out about all the other men (esp. my boss/his boss/his best friend).

Like Lily, Eliza Kennedy attended Harvard Law School, where she was an editor of the Harvard Law Review. Like Lily, after graduation Eliza moved to New York where she worked for a prestigious Manhattan law firm. Unlike Lily, Eliza lives happily in New York with her husband and son. This is her first novel, which she was inspired to write whilst at the gym, and describes as ‘the only good thing that has ever happened to me at a gym. Ever.’
