The book seemed really accurate and at least plausible at first. As the story went on, however, the logical function of equipment, general physics and realistic behavior by characters all got farther and farther from reality. I know it's fiction, but come on.

I really want to like this book but in the end I couldn't. The fight scenes are dragged out, the characters read like they are from a video game and the main character survives every encounter on nothing but luck. Hoping something closer to a Tom Clancy read but this book really let me down.

You know how there are "Guy movies"? This is a "Guy book". Action, blood, violence, espionage, etc etc for hundreds of pages without a break. In fact, someone needs to put this on the big screen. Well-executed for what it is. If you don't like such things, however, you won't care for the book at all.
