About this eBook

A TikTok sensation! Sparks fly when a competitive figure skater and hockey team captain are forced to share a rink.

Anastasia Allen has worked her entire life for a shot at Team USA. It looks like everything is going according to plan when she gets a full scholarship to the University of California, Maple Hills and lands a place on their competitive figure skating team.

Nothing will stand in her way, not even the captain of the hockey team, Nate Hawkins.

Nate’s focus as team captain is on keeping his team on the ice. Which is tricky when a facilities mishap means they are forced to share a rink with the figure skating team—including Anastasia, who clearly can’t stand him.

But when Anastasia’s skating partner faces an uncertain future, she may have to look to Nate to take her shot.

Sparks fly, but Anastasia isn’t worried . . . because she could never like a hockey player, right?

Don't usually read these types of books, but it was so highly recommended that I gave it a go. I absolutely loved it! Loved the pace, and I loved the characters. I was so ready to give 5* but the epilogue was the predictable 'oh she's oopsy pregnant!! oh gotta get married'. Which would be fine if the whole book didn't centre around them being career driven. If you ignore that, then the book was amazing.

I'll say it once and say it again, fictional men are better. I loved this book through and through and would definitely read it again and buy a paperback of the book very soon. I anticipate the second book and cried when I saw it only comes out in October and hopefully there's a sale where I can get both. The characters were everything, I loved Nate, I loved Anastasia and even every side character. The author ate and left no crumbs and to this day I love Nate Hawkins and will leave my real man for him any day. Even through the normal story line the author kept it alive, and to make filler chapters interesting is a talent so I am now a fan of Hannah Grace and her work and will definitely read more in the future.

Light, easy read. Writing is exceptional for those with English as 2nd or 3rd language. Predictable plot but the steamy young love will still leave you smiley.

About the author

Hannah Grace is an English author, writing adult contemporary romance between characters who all carry a tiny piece of her. When she’s not describing everyone’s eyes ten-thousand times a chapter, accidentally giving multiple characters the same name, or googling American English spellings, you can find her oversharing online, or, occasionally, reading a book from her enormous TBR. Hannah is the #1 New York Times bestselling author of Icebreaker, Wildfire, and Daydream and a proud parent to two dogs.
