Ferril Irham Muzaki dilahirkan tanggal 28 Oktober 1989 di Kota Malang.Menamatkan Sekolah Menengah Atas di SMA Negeri 11 Malang. Menempuh kuliah S1 Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris Universitas Negeri Malang lulus tahun 2012, S1 Universitas Terbuka lulus tahun 2016 serta S2 Pendidikan Dasar di Universitas Negeri Malang. Sekarang aktif menjadi dosen di Universitas Negeri Malang 2014 sampai dengan sekarang.
