Having lived in two different countries exposed me to the differences and the similarities of these worlds, has brought to light a unique fondness for beauty within creative writing, poetry, or the use of the common language to express the beauty in our day-to-day words within me. Also, the birth of my lovely daughter, the beautiful relationship between my partner and I, the natural bond between parents and their children which I experienced as a child and my love for current affairs, recent and past world events and daily life experiences in both my past and present countries did influence my addiction to write poems. I studied art in my native country Ghana where I developed my passion for beauty and aesthetic qualities in two second-cycle institutions Accra Academy, an all-boys boarding school, and Tema Senior Secondary School, a mixed-gender boarding school. I am currently a part-time student at American Public University Systems studying international relations with my concentration on international studies. I am also employed with Richemont North America Inc. where I work as a watch technician. I have lived in Texas for about eight years since I migrated here from Ghana. I am currently engaged to my better half and we are blessed with our beautiful daughter. In my spare time I enjoy playing soccer, table tennis, volleyball, drawing, reading and writing.
