About the author

Sujit is an HR practitioner by profession with a range of esoteric passions ranging from Vedic Astrology to Vaastu Shastra, Numerology and other divinative methods. His interest in the field of Mudras stemmed from his own inability to do traditional Yoga exercises owing to his physical disability Cerebral Palsy, which he had been diagnosed at birth and since then has successfully overcome.

Over the last decade, he has been practicing this science for personal health as well as advocating it to seekers. His experiences as well as the reflections of those whom he has taught has led to the compilation of this course.
