Hailey Wynne thought going to a place where there were werewolves—called shifters—to help out her friend Bliss would be a ball. It would have been, too, if a little Shih Tzu called Godzilla’s emergency hadn’t pulled her away. Now, on her way back to Seattle to save Godzilla, she’s found herself with a hunk of a man who barely fits in her hatchback.

Shifter Risk Brighton was pretty damned sure he’d lost his mind when he volunteered to leave the Shifterfest festivities and joined a hot girl on an escapade to help her puppy out. Why not? He was always up for a good time, and Hailey Wynne had something that drew him and his shifter animal like a super-magnet.

A few things start to happen that Risk hasn’t counted on. Falling in love is the least of his problems when he realizes Score and Bliss took the pills necessary to hide his identity. Now, he’s found himself in the midst of a gathering of wolf shifters where other shifter types are not welcome.

How the hell is this sexy shifter man supposed to protect the girl when his own life is at stake?
