could not get through chapter 1. I felt like I was reading a language I have never spoken before. doesn't anyone actually READ these books BEFORE they get published? seriously. manually PROOF READ the material before publishing. so English makes sense to those who speak it. do NOT rely on "auto-" forms that don't actually READ the material.

Bananas arnt keto, it's about 30g of carbs, with 2 bananas that the recipe calls for it's 90 carbs. Deviding that by 3 pancakes that's again 30g of carbs per pancake.
