Wolf Hunted

I can't even be bothered to continue the book. Once again the author doesn't know how to deal with trauma, or rather how trauma works. In the first 20 (or less) pages of the book the mc goes from being utterly dead on her feet, both mentally and physically exhausted from the events of the previous book to giving herself a one line pep talk and suddenly shifting to the roll of strong heroine no longer bothered by the events. I get that the author is moving the story along but no one, and I mean no one in the world bounces between two completely opposite states of mind unless they have split personality or they are a complete sociopath. It ruins the story when the mc can go from not sleeping, eating, having nightmares, being completely drained to I'm a strong woman rawr, time to play leader now and I honestly can't be bothered to read anymore about this mc and her I have no opionion love struck puppy boy toys following aimlessly behind her.
