I love this book and what I was able to accomplish via of it's use. I have still been able to keep the weight off since 2016. Woo-Hoo!!💕 Now I want to access my ebook once more and is having difficulty doing so. 😕

My only issue was not being organized and keeping the weight off. Meaning, because I work a 12 hour shift, sometimes I didn't follow the cleanse exactly. Sometimes I would only drink one smoothie instead of 3 or drink a leftover smoothie from the day before. I lost weight doing it incorrectly. 12lbs to be exact and I didn't even do the whole 10 days. However, I went back to my old ways and gained those lbs plus more. I'm going to do the cleanse again CORRECTLY, No telling how many lbs I'll lose this time.
