About this ebook

Spend enough time on the roads and your luck runs out...

Always expect the unexpected when you're at the wheel. But who could expect to be chased around by a pack of ghostly cyclists nobody else can see or hear? Until they're ready to snatch you up to join their ranks... John Lomax discovers he is not the first, and his last hope of salvation lies with Zoltar, a paranormal expert with a less than trustworthy reputation.

I like the idea of the story: a team of ghost riders chase aggressive drivers, provoking them to start problems, and luring them into their realm, if drivers react. I also like the story's structure when the scenes switch between the past (Helen's memories) and the present (the investigation). I can see it's turning into a longer piece. My only issue with the story was speech tags (or lack of them). I was confused from time to time who said what.

About the author

Author of “The Blood Farm” series. A relative latecomer to writing, J.J.Y. Sharpe has worked as a removals man, stable lad, egg factory worker, TEFL teacher and translator. Luckily you’re never too old to start! His ambitions include being a champion at lawn bowls, and making enough of a success at writing to give up the day job. A native Scot, he has spent many years “in exile” in England, as well as Ukraine, Russia and Spain. Yet to be caught by a pack of vengeful ghosts, but there’s always a first time.
