Jacques Expert a été grand reporter à France Inter, Directeur des magazines de M6, puis Directeur Général de Paris Première. Il est aujourd'hui Directeur des programmes de RTL. Il est l'auteur de plusieurs romans policiers, dont Ce soir je vais tuer l'assassin de mon fils (éditions Anne Carrière) adapté en 2014 sur TF1.
