SKITTLES (The Trident Series Book 7)

This is the seventh book in the Trident series and a perfect addition to the Series. I loved Anne Grace/AG and Skittles/Noah’s story. You can read this book as a standalone but I highly recommend that you read this series in order. This is about a SEAL team so they’re a tight knit group. You will see all the previous characters in this book plus the previous books give a little more info about Skittles search for the girl he calls AG. This book is loaded with suspense, laughs, and tears. It engages all the emotions. Skittles has spent his free time over the last ten years searching for AG. He never forgot about the girl next door he was falling for. She went missing without a trace. A chance meeting puts them in each others path but just as they are starting to reconnect Grace goes missing and Skittles will do everything he can to find her. I have been dying to read this book and finally find out who it was Noah aka Skittles has been searching for for soo long and boy I did not expect all the things that Anne Grace (AG to Noah when he was growing up). Emotions run high plenty of times as the story unfolds as to what happened to AG, we get snippets at a time and each time you just want to bunddle her up but also let her know how strong she was to keep putting one foot in front of the other as well as the fact fate meant for her and Noah to once again meet. I am so thankful for the family Noah has with his team and all those around him as both he and AG need them when some crazy steps are taken to try to finally end AG as well as while they try to unravel who really killed her parents and why. Be ready for heartbreak, deadly secrets, courage, family support whether by blood or bond, twists and shocks where some leave you truly shocked as well as a love that is so strong that it's lasted years even when Noah and AG were apart. This is book seven in The Trident Series and it is Anna and Noah (Skittles) story and omg it is a must read but get the tissues handy because you will definitely need them. Ten years ago Anna and Noah went to the country fair and the next day Noah for leaving for the navy basic training and then hoping to become a real only when Anna got home her life would never be the same again. After Anna's parents were murdered she was held hostage for two and a half years only to have help escaping and now ten years later she leads a quiet life away from the media so she can clear her name and one day hopefully find Noah and ask for his help. Skittles has never given up trying to find Anna but so far every time he gets close something gets in the way but he will not give up until he finds her but then he goes to a birthday party and and has the shock of his life when he sees Anna but then she runs again. Anna has been through so much trauma in her life and she doesn't trust very easily after everything that has happened but just when she thinks everything will turn out okay she is kidnapped yet again and she doesn't think that she will make it out alive this time. Skittles can't believe that Anna has been taken her again but he will do everything possible to bring her home alive with the help of his team. This book was so emotional that I cried so much with everything that Anna had been through and I found myself hoping that Anna and Skittles would get the happy ending that they both deserve. Jaime Lewis is an amazing author and writer and her books certainly keep reader's attention and on the edge of their seats and she never leaves you disappointed with the outcome. I definitely recommend you read this book and series and you will definitely not be disappointed as they are definitely worth reading.
