Raw, extreme and gripping. Lloyd is like no detective you've ever read about before and the story will keep you involved from start to finish.

James Ellroy was born in Los Angeles in 1948, and now lives in New York. Because of the Night is his fourth crime mystery, and the second featuring Sergeant Lloyd Hopkins.
