About this ebook

Apocalyptic survival at its most terrifying. The third in the Rats trilogy, international bestseller James Herbert's Domain pits man against mutant rats, who are back with a vengeance.

The long-dreaded nuclear conflict. The city torn apart, shattered, its people destroyed or mutilated beyond hope. For just a few, survival is possible only beneath the wrecked streets – if there is time to avoid the slow-descending poisonous ashes. But below, the rats, demonic offspring of their irradiated forebears, are waiting. They know that Man is weakened, become frail. Has become their prey . . .

Start the Master of Horror's chilling series from the beginning with The Rats and Lair.

The plots brilliant have read this book as a paperback version and it was spectacular, whoever transcribed this book has missed loads of punctuation like speech marks when people are talking, question marks and commas. The book in paperback does not have these issues! Please fix this I did not pay to read an illiterate's rendition of an amazing story.

Bought this after reading the exciting synopsis. Right from the beginning ive struggled to enjoy it. The author keeps jumping to different people's perspectives for the single reason of describing another gruesome way that a human can be killed. Then its back to the main plot which is generally quite interesting but again, too much time is spent describing deaths and in long tedious lists of details. I'm half way through and hoping that the effort it is taking to read on pays off...
