About the author
Jamie Mollart is a member of Nottingham Writers Studio, a mentor and tutor for Writing East Midlands and is currently working with two authors on their debut novels. He has been an Amazon Rising Star and longlisted for the British Science Fiction Award. He's a member of the newly launched Climate Fiction Writers League, a group of global authors all raising awareness about climate change through their writing. As a long running guest on the influential writers’ podcast, Litopia, Jamie regularly discusses writing and publishing with Peter Cox and other guests. He has written for Writers and Artists Yearbook, The Bookseller and has been featured on multiple BBC radio shows talking about his writing. He is an award-winning marketer and runs his own advertising agency. In 2022 he wrote and produced his first feature film, The Unlock, now in post-production. He has recently adapted The Zoo as a screenplay.
