Pride and Prejudice may today be one of Jane Austen’s most enduring novels, having been widely adapted to stage, screen, and other media since its publication in 1813. The novel tells the tale of five unmarried sisters and how their lives change when a wealthy eligible bachelor moves in to their neighborhood.

Thank you for this eBook version of an all time classic. This goes right through the main course which is the work itself. There is another free eBook version of Pride and Prejudice here but that one had an introduction and foreword by some talentless, opinionated and sarcastic modern professor. Obviously a raging feminist what else. What a letdown having to read the book after reading her condescending critique.

Timeless. She writes with such wisdom and maturity for someone so young. Even if your vocabulary is strong, you may find yourself looking up the meaning of several words. Most readers have a build in dictionary. Just tap on word for definition and you may be able to highlight it along with others passages and save them to your notes. Depends on reader. Mine is vía Google on my Samsung tablet .
