About the author

Jane K. Cleland, author, corporate trainer, and professor, has more than 25 years’ experience in professional and academic settings. She has developed content used by scores of corporations and government agencies throughout North America, as well as organizations in Europe and Asia. Her clients have included American Express, Pepsi, Pfizer, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, the American Association of Advertising Agencies, the American Management Association, and multiple universities. Jane’s had four non-fiction books published and two training videos produced, all on business communication topics. Jane also writes the Josie Prescott Antiques Mystery series which is published by St. Martin’s Press. She’s on the faculty of Lehman College, part of the City University of New York.
