It's a good mix of romance and suspense with characters I can't wait to visit again. This first in the San Antonio Security series introduces us to the Patterson brothers and their parents.

A wonderful start to Janie's new series. This story drew me in from the beginning. Luke and Claire's story is a sweet story with Luke's loving protectiveness when Claire comes back into his life; but with plenty of danger, action and suspense to keep you in it's grip. Claire and the San Antonio Security boys win the battle so the two lovebirds can get their HEA. I can't wait to see what the next one brings.

I loved this book. Luke and Claire's story is the perfect combination of page turner and heart melter. Easy to read but filled with suspense and excitement, this book quickly pulls you in and has you eager to steal every moment you can just to read just a page or two more. Trust me when I say this book will keep you on your toes and on the edge of your seat, while also getting some mega feels. A great way to kick off this new series and honestly, just a plain wonderful read.
