WOW!! I loved, loved, loved revisiting Compass Cove with Natalie and James in My Christmas Wish, book four in her Compass Cove series. Once again she made me fall in love with her hero and heroine, James and Natalie, not that it was difficult to do; warming my heart and making me cry with their emotional story. This is a story taking readers between London and Compass Cove, a Long Island hamlet; with the reminder that true love knows no distance, as well as no boundaries. When Natalie Miller’s life crashes and is forced to leave her amazing job as a London art dealer, she know returning to her family and their Long Island home, in the hamlet of Compass Cove, is her safest bet. Leaving her brilliant, caring, romantic boyfriend, James was going to be very difficult. University professor James Phillips prides himself on understanding people, so he is confused when the love of his life leaves London, and him, without explanation. When an opportunity to work at a small college in Natalie’s backyard comes available, James jumps at the chance to move closer to Natalie, wanting and hoping to win back the heart of the woman he loves. There is definitely magic in the town of Compass Cove, magic that helps Natalie and James reconnect. The magic and love would also give Natalie the confidence to open up and share the reasons for her flight from London and James. There is also the love and support of family, reminding Natalie she is not alone. Natalie was the yin to James’ yang and sun to his moon. James knew that Natalie was his true north, the direction where his heart belonged and his life began. They would not be able to outrun fate, no matter who tried to interfered and keep them apart. Ms. Moon wrote a wonderful and emotional story that is not to be missed. She provided a tale rich with sizzling chemistry, clever banter, and endearing characters giving Natalie and Jack a chance at true love and having a future together. I highly recommend My Christmas Wish to other readers. I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book.

Natalie Miller thought she had it all, working in London as an art dealer and a boyfriend that so handsome, he could make any heart flutter in admiration. But it all came crashing down hard when her boyfriend’s family didn’t agree with their relationship so set an event that had her have to pack up quickly and run for her hometown or face consequences. While she is upset at first, another part of her is happy to be home for it’s allowing her imagination of what she can do next to work tirelessly. If what she is thinking about goes right then it would have endless possibilities. But then James shows up in her town of all places, can she handle seeing him again? Would she finally be able to tell him the true reason why she left and that her love for him never stopped. James Phillips had what he thought was a perfect life, being a professor at a very prestigious university in England, a nice place and Natalie who he loved with all his heart. But then she left him without a true explanation and he was a confused man with a broken heart. So when a friend offered him a temporary position with the college that just so happened to be near where Natalie lived he took it. For he was willing to do anything to get back his true love and a chance to find out why she left. But was he prepared for the answers she would give him? Along with another surprise or two along the way? This couple had magic right from the start, anyone who saw them together knew that. They could get back together but it would require a little bit of help from their family, friends and a little Christmas spirit in order for Natalie and James to be the couple so many dream of being. This is the 4th book in the Compass Cove series by Jeannie Moon but it can be read alone. While I am not suppose to really have my favorites, I must say this is one of mine. It’s one of those that you can read multiple times and each time it touches your heart. The magic, the connection, the love, everything in this book is just so incredible. It is definitely a book to be added to your must read pile and keep!!

We are back in Compass Cove with another of Miller siblings. Natalie left London, her job as an art dealer and her boyfriend, when her boss, her boyfriend’s stepfather, blackmailed her. Not wanting to hurt her boyfriend Lord James Phillip she leaves him and returns home to Compass Cove. Both are still hurting and when an opportunity to teach in Long Island in a college near Natalie’s home, James decides to try and get Natalie back. In this story about family, trust, new beginnings and hope, you will be transported to a place filled with hope and love. Though I am still partial to the previous stories, it was still entertaining and engaging. I was entrusted a copy of this book by Tule Publishing. The opinions expressed are solely my own.
