I have gained a great amount of knowledge about what it means to fast and pray. I did a three day absolute fast (my only request if God was for a cleansing ) and my prayer was answered on the second day at 1:30am when I woke up for my devotion. There's nothing in this world that can compare to spending time with the Lord. Amen Thank you pastor Franklin for this book.

This book was filled with truth! Fasting is a discipline that many (even myself) have gotten all wrong, but these pages were inspired to break the misconceptions and touch the core of both believers and nonbelievers....Good food indeed.

What an awesome reminder of how necessary and power-packed Fasting is, in the life of a believer... So encouraged and ready to engage like never before, to experience that intimacy and feasting with God that only fasting brings. Full of expectancy!
