This novella is dual POV, and a simply written, first contact sci fi romance. I was amused by Hannah’s determined insistence that she wasn’t anything special. I enjoyed Rhys’ personality and engagement with the other cyborgs and humans. I enjoyed their relationship development. I enjoyed the plot twists and the secondary characters and am looking forward to the next in series. I received a complimentary copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
