Die neue generalistische Pflegeausbildung beschäftigt aktuell Lehrende in den Berufsfachschulen für Pflege. Hierbei spielt neben der Curriculumsentwicklung auch die Vernetzung von Theorie und Praxis eine große Rolle. Praktische Erfahrung für Lernende sollen bereits im Setting Schule innerhalb eines weiteren Lernortes Skills-Lab ermöglicht werden. Dieser dient als dritter Lernort und verknüpft mittels Skillstraining und realitätsnahen Simulationen die Theorie mit der Praxis. Im vorliegenden Band werden zum Thema Skills-Lab konkrete Einflussfaktoren für die Integration des dritten Lernortes genannt und untersucht. Durch Expertenbefragungen konnten im Ergebnis verschiedene Faktoren dargestellt werden, welche für die Implementation eines Skills-Labs sowie die Durchführung von Skills- und Simulationstrainings von Bedeutung sind.

Die Autorin Jessica Schipf ist Pflegepädagogin im Gesundheitswesen Fachrichtung Pflege M.A., Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin und Praxisanleiterin. Sie ist seit 2016 Lehrkraft an einer Schule für Pflegeberufe in Augsburg.
