Mellow Brown was born and raised in Cleveland, OH, and studied at Cleveland State University, where he became a software engineer and developed the skills to help urban communities with open-source technology. Today, he is a screenwriter that has previously written for the TV series American Gods. He made his comic debut with Blade Runner: Origins, the critically acclaimed series that dealt with the origins of the Blade Runner division.

DJ Ben Ha Meen is a native of Third Ward, Texas. He is an alumnus of Howard University, where he studied film and Television. Ben Ha Meen is a self-published author of the children’s book The World is Yours, a world renowned DJ and music producer, a WGA screenwriter on American Gods, and a pioneering podcaster on the For All Nerds and The Combat Jack Show. This is his comics debut.

Tom Mandrake was born in Ashtabula, OH, in 1956, and is an American comics artist, writer, penciller and inker with over 40 years experience. He attended the Cooper School in Cleveland and graduated from The Kubert School before beginning a life-long career in comics that began in 1980. He has drawn for Batman, Superman, Martian Manhunter, Justice League of America, New Teen Titans, Shazam, Sgt. Rock, The New Mutants, The Spirit, Firestorm, Animal Man, Avengers, Arion, Swamp Thing, and Grimjack. He is best known for his five-year run on The Spectre in collaboration with writer John Ostrander. Throughout his career Tom has worked with the likes of Marv Wolfman, J. Michael Straczynski and most recently with J.M. DeMatteis on Wisdom. Tom has also created several creator-owned properties including To Hell You Ride with Lance Henriksen and Joe Maddrey, Creeps with Dan Mishkin, KROS: Hallowed Ground with John Ostrander, and Screaming Mandrake: The Nailman and Other Strange Tales.

Tom is an instructor at the Joe Kubert School of Cartoon and Graphic Art where he teaches Narrative Art and Storytelling and is also the co-developer of the Kubert School’s Horror Comics correspondence course.

Justin Prokowich is a storyteller and illustrator born and raised in Western Massachusetts before the dawn of the ‘90s. After graduating from the Kubert School, he continued to live in New Jersey where he now teaches storboarding, illustration, and color. When he’s not working for a variety of comic book publishers he’s probably watching a questionable amount of old professional wrestling and Pee Wee Herman clips.
