About this ebook

Miyama Kaito is no hero. He's just a normal university student who gets caught up in a hero summons with an actual Hero. But even "Hero" is just a ceremonial role these days, ever since the Demon Lord was killed centuries ago. In a world where demons are chill, nobles are no longer corrupt, wars are a distant memory and there are no more epic quests to complete, what's a regular guy to do? Why, build a harem, of course!

I like the story so far. It's definitely different from the classic "hero gets summoned, has problems, then becomes the strongest in the world" trope. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the pages being cluttered. It can be difficult to understand what's going on at times. But other than that, this is a decent read.

Some of the characters and situations are pretty wacky, but that's what makes the story fun! It definitely has its more serious moments that make it heartwarming, or even amazing, at times. Unlike most isekai stories I've read, this one is rather chill. It's just telling a story with no goal in sight, much like the start of Mushoku Tensei. I can't wait to read the next volume!

This item is a manga, not an ebook. Until it is properly categorized as such, I will be leaving this review up.
