Love this book. Couldn't put it down really well written to grip you, educational, inspiring, so much useful info I will need to read it again. Student medical professionals should have this on their study list, honestly. Covers so many important topics and abundant with research which I love. I wonder also if meds aren't effective for everyone because our genetics affect which meds are, you can now have such tests to tailor prescribe but privately purchased kits? Also I really wanted Jo to look at hypno birthing as hypnotherapy wad discussed and birthing was discussed but not in relation to each other! A must read for absolutely everyone!!
