This is book one in The Return To Catamount Series and it is Drake and Fleur's story and it is a great start to a new series and definitely a must read. Fleur and Drake have history and not in a good way as he drove her away but now five years later and she is back to help settle her grandmother's estate and dreading seeing him again. The twists and turns along the way is what makes this book a real page turner with great characters and a storyline that pulled you in and kept your attention.

Fleur returns to Catamount, Colorado to handle her grandmother’s estate and get Crooked Elm, her ranch, ready to sell. She figures she’ll try to find a job, but the only restaurant in town is The Cowboy Kitchen. Fleur is a chef, but they’re only hiring waitresses. Then, she learns the new owner is Drake Alexander, the older brother of her ex-fiancé, Colin. Also, Drake wants to buy the land on Crooked Elm. Grab your copy and learn what happened to make Fleur leave and how Drake was partly responsible. Can these two fight their attraction or will they give in to their chemistry. I really enjoyed this story and I thought it was great that Drake’s sister, Emma, hired Fleur to cater her wedding. Wonderful and intense characters with quirks that make them relatable. Love a good Western setting for a tumultuous romance that comes with a lot of back and forth. Entertaining reading following a romance that has its share of problems but also characters that you are rooting for. Good read and highly recommend.
