About the author
Prof. Dr. Johannes Rohbeck (*1947) war Professor für Praktische Philosophie und Didaktik der Philosophie an der Technischen Universität Dresden und ist dort seit 2015 Seniorprofessor für Forschung; er ist ein ausgewiesener Kenner der Philosophie des 18. Jahrhunderts; sein systematisches Spezialgebiet ist die Philosophie der Geschichte, über die er mehrere Monographien und zahlreiche Aufsätze veröffentlicht hat.
