Great Book, a new and inattentive way to look at the world. As we stress about so much in our daily lives, it is nice to release a lot of that pressure by simply saying "F**k it". But not only saying that but learning it in a spiritual way. Once I started reading this book I could not put it down. Great Read!

John C. Parkin, the son of Anglican preachers, has studied and practiced systems of Eastern wisdom for 20 years. He founded the holistic center The Hill That Breathes in Italy, where he teaches regular F**k It Weeks.
