I saw this handbook, and I was thinking, "Why not?" Well, it did not dissatisfy. Anyone could put a publication together when it comes to this subject, but this one stood out. You 'd have to be pretty bizarre if you don't really like a book like this one. So, with that being said, I do strongly recommend it.
