The plot is engaging and well-paced, with a mix of action, intrigue, and character-driven drama. While the central storyline is compelling, some subplots can feel underdeveloped, and the pacing occasionally falters as the book delves into detailed world-building and exposition.

fast paced, different story line made for good reading. only knock is repeated information from previous books written into each book that was next in the series made for boring reading that I skipped over.
