Fanny heeft een zomerbaantje bij McBill, een klein fastfoodrestaurant. Na werktijd heeft ze afspraakjes met de knappe, charmante Jeff. Maar Fanny weet dat Jeff niet is wie hij lijkt te zijn. Hij is een loverboy, die moet proberen meisjes in zijn macht te krijgen. Fannys vriendin is het slachtoffer geworden van zon loverboy en Fanny is vastbesloten om andere meiden te waarschuwen. Om meer te weten te komen over de werkwijze van loverboys, heeft ze zich laten oppikken door Jeff. Maar langzamerhand raakt ze toch van hem onder de indruk. Zo raakt ze verstrikt in een gevaarlijk dubbelspel: hoe ver kan ze gaan? En heeft ze zichzelf nog wel in de hand? Wacht even! Wat gebeurt hier? Ze ging weer zitten. Waarom wil ik mee met Jeff? Omdat hij lief is? Omdat hij er goed uitziet? Wat wil ik eigenlijk? Wie is hier de baas? Mijn buik of mijn hoofd? Dit gaat niet goed, dit gaat helemaal niet goed. Wakker worden! Controle!
