I enjoyed the story quite a bit, the chaos was a little hard to keep up with and the amount of luck he has to make it all work is comedic, but the scifi tech bits, snarky then sweet AI and love interest earned it a solid 4/5

The attention to details and spark of attitude, along with the power of imagination still intact, make this a really good read. I'm surprised you didn't actually involve much for any competition of the main character, but it was an epic space flight and rebellion against the evil of economic crisis tale nonetheless. Gotta go through the book again sometime soon, I don't believe I've been this interested in a sci-fi novel or book very much before, but this one grabbed my attention. Try reading all the way through people. You won't regret it.

Well written, fast paced, humorous. Let down by editing / proofing a few times (homonyms mainly). Addictive read - Promising for what author confesses is "a first foray" into SF!

About the author

Joseph Lallo, though having written several novels, was slow to consider himself an author. Educated at NJIT, where he earned a Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering, the world of Information Technology is where most of his bills were paid until Sept of 2014 when he finally became a full-time author. When not writing, he owns and operates BrainLazy.com along with two friends. There he posts random rants and editorials regarding the world of humor, entertainment, and technology. He made his home in Bayonne, NJ, where he had lived all of his life until the success of his books allowed him to buy a home in Colonia, NJ.
