Insightful and powerful for upgrading your social approach especially in the workplace. The psychology of workplace is amazing if you have such information at your disposal. It has brought to light many things I've been doing wrong and how my timidity has been affecting my performance in the workplace. Also, assuming leadership role definitely depends on your communication skills. These skills can be nonverbal but still effective when targeted at the right time and with the right audience.
