Apartment 13, part 3

Ellie has just been met with the realisation that the man she thought she knew, Mack McCune, has been moonlighting as an undercover detective for these past few weeks. Mack, or Tobias as he is generally known in the suburbs of Glasgow, has been stalking his prey, looking to catch the prize and reap the rewards. The notorious criminal, Adrian Lurkin, does not yet realise that he is the prey. He is the prize. 

Still awaiting her breaking story, Ellie craves the excitement of becoming a major part of Tobias’ plan, hoping to elicit Adrian’s sexual interest and lure him into the trap. Her feelings for Tobias will have to be buried temporarily, but their affair keeps playing over and over in her mind, to the point where she questions her ability to mask it. 

Will she ever get what she wants, or will this final game of Russian Roulette be the one that ultimately jeopardises her life, dignity, and promise for any future happiness?
