This is Jago and Dodi's story. It is a great start to a new series. Given their past both of the characters are wary of commitments. That is until a night of pleasure leads to a little surprise. This is an emotional roller coaster read that was so good. It is nicely developed and I thoroughly enjoyed the plot and love the characters.

Jago and Dodi are attracted to each other every time they meet. One of those times happens to result in a pregnancy. The author takes us on a trip with this couple. They are so closed off emotionally, so watching the walls come down one by one is fascinating. Romantic story with a HEA. There’s a lot of emotional turmoil in this story. Neither Dodi nor Jago had good relationship role models growing up and previous experiences have left them both reluctant to enter into anything permanent. Not to mention, his little sister is her best friend, giving anything between them an extra layer of complication. But there’s no denying the pull between them. Their chemistry sparks from every page of the book; for both good and bad reasons. They defend their separate positions as passionately as they come together. I really liked how this story showed that even when two people are speaking the same language, sometimes the meaning doesn’t come through clearly. In the end, these two are so good for each other, and now I’m very curious to know more about the other two Le Roux siblings. I received a complimentary advanced copy of this book through Booksprout.
