I think it's a good book, but is best to use as a springboard into further research. I'm sure it's very hard to write a book about all the possible spirits one can think of, however I've found a few things about some spirits that are just plain wrong or misinterpreted by the author. So, again, a very good book. Just do a little research on your own afterwards to make sure you're getting the whole story.
