Really good, used as an analytical piece for representation of abuse examining the main form abuse "Munchausen's by proxy" but must say it fail to represent a main victim and address why she did what she did , Julies mum, Munchausen's and factious disorder syndrome , perpetrators are s much a victim in this disorder as the person who suffers at there hands.
