first time reading this book. great effort but it got diluted with too many characters with no purpose whatsoever. I skipped a few parts where there was talk about someone coming in with his airplane. the connection was there between the hero and heroine but I was expecting it to be primal,consuming, heart stopping since this is a paranormal. anyway not my cup of tea I might try another book by this author since she had moments

Excellent reading. I have read the Moretti Blood Brothers series of which this series is an extension. As numerous of the characters therein will feature in this series,it might be a good move to read it for background information. This is my personal opinion. The new series is about a new vampire wolf hybrid pack, vampires who can turn into wolves after human scientists altered Callan the pack Alpha's DNA and he infected other vampires

I think I'm going to really like this offshoot series. Having read the Moretti vampire series is a perfect setup, but as usual, this author is so great at fleshing out the details and her characters that you can enjoy this book, even if you haven't read her other series. Callan is portrayed as the strong yet broken Alpha he is and Ginny is no pushover. I can't wait to see where these stories go!
