About this ebook

‘The young dictator comes under close scrutiny in this intelligent account’ Sunday Times

When Kim Jong Un became the leader of North Korea in 2011, many expected his rule to be short. Years later, he remains the unchallenged dictator of a nuclear rogue state with weaponry capable of threatening the West.

In this behind-the-scenes look, former CIA analyst and North Korea expert Jung H. Pak reveals the explosive story of Kim Jong II’s third son: the spoilt and impetuous child, the mediocre student, the ruthless murderer, the shrewd grand strategist.

A very good analysis of the man ruling N Korea instead of books written by defectors who have a grievance about their bad treatment in the country. The West sees him as a spoilt young man who has little knowledge about government, but this book reveals that this man, educated in Europe, knows how the West works, knows how to manipulate other countries, how to use the modern technology to attack others computer systems and cause havoc, the threats, he's not a careless person just interested in playing with the nuclear weapons, he does know how to use their threat. He is a real threat with a planned policy of government
